This is a vegetable soup with a Northern African touch. In that recipe, you will serve it as a first course but it could also be used as a vegetarian dish. Either way, it is going to be healthy and flavored nicely.
Ingredients
240 g cooked chickpeas
60 g fine vermicelli
60 g minced onions
100 g minced carrots
500 g canned tomato crush
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp ground cumin
700 ml water
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Directions
Place all ingredients except coriander in the instant pot
Cook under pressure 3min
Add chopped coriander and serve
