This recipe uses beef in chunk cook with vegetables and a sauce. It will accompany well rice, pasta or potatoes. A good sturdy dish that will comfort your family on a cold day.

Homemade Burgundian beef

Ingredients

 800 g meat in chunk
  Carrots cut into rings
 1 can of white mushroom
 red wine
 2 onions
 Salt, pepper and garlic
 2 cups of poultry broth
 1 cup of beef broth
 2 cups of bouillon broth
  flour
 little bit of powdered sugar

Directions

Set the instant pot to mode browning

Slice the onions and brown them

Add the meat, salt, pepper, garlic

Add 2 tbsp. of flour and coat the meat well with flour

Stop the browning process

Add the mushrooms and carrots

Add the wine until the mixture is covered

Add the broth and, the sugar

Put the mixture in pressure cooking mode for 45 minutes
