Honey carrots sticks

Let’s try a dish of carrots. This is a recipe of carrots with a nice honey creamy sauce. It is good to accompany some pork, fish or as a simple light supper with your friend. If you omit the bacon, it could make a good vegetarian dish.

 4 large carrots
 1 tbsp honey
 100 ml fresh cream
 1 cube bouillon
 100 g bacon
 Salt, pepper

Peel and cut carrots into sticks

Prepare bouillon with 1 cube and 30 cl boiling water

Sauté bacon in "brown" mode

Add carrots, salt, pepper and cover bouillon halfway up

Add honey

Mix well and quick cooking 25 min

Add fresh cream and brown 5 min, stirring

For a more complete meal, serve with some rice.
