Hungary beef

 1.50 kg braised beef cut into cubes
 150 g smoked bacon
 6 medium potatoes in large pieces
 1 large can of tomato pulp
 3 peppers (one red, one yellow and one green) in strips
 4 minced onions
 2 crushed cloves of garlic
 1 bay leaf
 300 g frozen artichoke hearts
 1 cube of beef broth
 1 tbsp paprika
 1 tbsp caraway seeds
 2 tbsp goose fat or oil
 Salt, pepper
 250 ml water

Put the instant pot in brown mode

Brown the bacon, meat and onion in the goose fat

Add the tomato, garlic, broth cube, paprika, caraway and, bay leaf

Add water, salt, pepper

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking mode 30min

At the end of cooking, add peppers, potatoes and artichoke hearts

Return to pressure cooking 10m
