Ingredients

 4 chicken legs
 2 minced onions
 1 can (400gr) peeled tomatoes
 1 cube of poultry bouillon
 1 cup of dry white wine
 2 golden apples cut into cubes
 2 cloves of crushed garlic
 2 tsp tomato paste
 Salt, pepper
 1 tsp curry
 1 tsp sweet pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the legs 10min

Add the onion and fry 2min

Add the rest of the ingredients

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 12min

Remove the legs

Mix the sauce

Serve with fresh tagliatelle
