Here is another recipe where you mix everything with rice. You will have some chicken, shrimps, ham and, vegetables. It will be a colorful and healthy meal to serve to your friends.

Ingredients

 2 chicken fillets cut into pieces
 150 g diced white ham
 300 g rice
 400 g crushed tomatoes
 1 onion cut into thin rings
 1 bowl of peppers (3 colours) in strips (frozen)
 300 g shrimps
 2 tsp Cajun spices
 500 ml water

Directions

Shell the cooked shrimps and keep the shells

Boil them separately and then cook them gently in 50cl of water before passing the broth through a sieve

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the cut chicken, onion, ham cubes, rice, tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper, and shell broth

Reserve the shrimp

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Add the shrimp at the end of cooking
