Japanese beef ribs

This is an Asian type of preparation of beef ribs. There are a lot of ingredients in the recipe but everything is put into the pot before cooking for a while. It should taste really good.

 1.50 kg of ribs (beef) in pieces of 2 cm long
 600 g of turnips in quarters
 1 piece of ginger of 5cm chopped
 3 onions chopped
 4 cloves of garlic chopped
 4 tbsp of sunflower oil
 2 tbsp of brown sugar
 4 tbsp of soy sauce
 3 tbsp sake
 3 tbsp rice vinegar

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onions and meat for 5 minutes

Add all the other ingredients, making sure to put the turnip on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking for 35 minutes
