This is a little bit complicated to prepare but it should give a very nice presentation with the stripes. The cream should make it moist. It is going to be a very nice and tasty cake once it is cooked.

Mix the egg yolks, sugar, and cream
Put the flour and yeast (mixed together and sieved)
Beat the egg whites and mix carefully with the dough
Divide into two parts
One with vanilla
The other with chocolate powder (which will be more compact than the vanilla one)
Pour 1 tablespoon of vanilla paste in the middle of the mold then 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder chocolate dough (I push the dough with my finger at each spoonful)
And so on until both pastes are exhausted
Put the mold in the steam basket without film
Add 400ml of water in the tank
Cook 45 minutes in pressure mode
Quickly open the lid to avoid the deposit of water vapor on your cake
Let it cool in the mold for 20 minutes before removing it
