Korean marinated beef

The marinade enhances a lot the taste of the ingredients. That dish has some beef and vegetables cook separately and serve in an individual bowl. An interesting dish to present to your guest.

Ingredients

 500 g finely chopped beef
 3 carrots in sticks
 4 handfuls of spinach shoots
 200 g flat bean
 4 tbsp sesame oil
 2 tbsp garlic powder
 1 piece of fresh ginger grated
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp sesame seed

Directions

Put the meat, carrots, spinach and, beans in 4 different bowls

Season each bowl with 1 tbsp oil, a little salt and 1/2 tbsp garlic

In the bowl with the meat, also add the ginger and soy sauce

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown each bowl separately 3min (in any order)

Divide each bowl into 4 bowls for serving and finish with the meat
