Lamb meat seems to lend itself really well for preparation with dry fruits. In the following recipe, the meat will be mixed up with apricot and black plums among other ingredients.

 300 g lamb
 1 onion, minced
 100 g dried apricots
 100 g dried plums
 1 tbsp honey
  Cinnamon powder
 Cumin or spices of your choice
  A little butter

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onion in a little butter

Add meat, apricots, honey, and spices

Brown a few minutes

Add 200ml of water

Cook under pressure 25min

Add the plums

Put the instant pot in cook mode under pressure 5min
