This is a specialty of South of France. Layers of vegetables and cheese cover some fish fillet. It's going to be a dish full of summer flavors and taste.
Ingredients
1 fish fillet of your choice per person
1 eggplant in pieces
1 zucchini in slices
2 diced tomatoes
Mozzarella
A little oil
Salt, pepper
Garlic
Provence herbs
Directions
Cut the vegetables in slices
Place the fish fillets in the steam basket
Put the vegetables alternately on the fish and place the mozzarella every 2 layers
Sprinkle with Provence herbs
Add salt and pepper
Put a dash of olive oil and 20cl of water
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
