Do you like couscous type of food? They are fun to prepare because you can add whatever is available around the house. In that case, leeks, carrots, turnips, and sausage get mixed up with couscous. Special African spices are added to enhance the dish.

Leeks, carrots,and chipolatas like a couscous

Ingredients

 2 carrots in half moon
 3 white leeks in rings
 1 onion, minced
 1 turnip in cubes
 6 chipolatas cut in 2
 1 tbsp of raz el hanout
 Sunflower oil
 100 ml water
 Salt pepper
 200 g of semolina for couscous

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown all the vegetables in a little oil during the preheating time

Add the chipolatas and spices

Brown for 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally

Add the water, salt, and pepper

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking for 6 minutes

During cooking, make your semolina as indicated on the package

At the end of cooking, switch the instant pot to browning mode until all the liquid has evaporated
