Legs of lamb are pretty popular to prepare for Easter. In that recipe, you just cook it in some wine with a lot of herbs to give it some good flavor. The addition of mushrooms will make it even better.

At the end of cooking, add the mushrooms and stir well
Put the instant pot back in quick cooking 10min
