Leg of lamb, garlic and thyme

Ingredients

 1 leg of 1k800 shortened (to fit in the tank)
 3 cloves of garlic
  Thyme
 Olive oil
 Salt, pepper
 200 ml water

Directions

In a bowl, mix 2c.a.s of oil, garlic, and thyme

Salt add pepper

Make small notches in the leg and rub it with the mixture

Film and let stand at least 5 hours in the refrigerator (or overnight)

30 minutes before cooking, take out the meat

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the leg on all sides

Add water

Put the leg in pressure cooking 25min for a rare meat

Put the meat in pressure cooking 5 minutes more if it is too rare
