Lentils balls

There are possibilities to make balls with other ingredients than meat. Why not trying the lentils balls roasted with a good sauce to accompany them. It is a quick dish to make if you are in a hurry.

Ingredients

 500 g lentils, canned
 70 g Flour
 2 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
 ½ minced onion
 200 ml unsweetened condensed milk
 70 ml water
 1 tsp cumin seeds
 1 tsp turmeric
 1 tsp curry
 2 tsp chopped cilantro
 Salt, Pepper

Directions

Mix the lentils, flour and a little salt and pepper

Form balls of about 30 g

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Heat the butter

Brown the lentil balls

Keep the balls

Brown the onions in the butter

Stop the browning mode

Add water, spices and condensed milk

Salt and pepper

Put the balls back for cooking-pressure 5 minutes

Add coriander
