Here is an interesting way to prepare an omelet. In that recipe, you mix eggs with ratatouille and herbs. It is going to be healthy and low in calories if you are watching them closely.

 5 eggs
 30 ml skimmed milk
 ½ can ratatouille (do not drain)
 Salt, pepper
 Dehydrated thyme
 30 ml olive oil

Directions

Whisk the eggs with the milk

Salt, pepper

Add the thyme and ratatouille

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Heat the oil

Pour the contents of the bowl and cook for 10 minutes until the omelette is completely set
