This is a nice recipe for 2 people with shrimps and pasta in a tomato sauce. A lot of spices and some wine will confer a really great flavor to the dish.
Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
6 large peeled shrimps (leave head and tail)
250 g Linguine
100 ml tomato sauce
1 tbsp fish stock
50 ml white wine
1 clove garlic, chopped
½ tbsp turmeric
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the shrimp in a little oil
Add all the other ingredients
Add water up to the level
Put the instant pot under pressure for half the time indicated on the pasta package
