Lobster curry in the Reunionese way

Ingredients

 300 g lobster tail
 2 onions, minced
 5 cloves of garlic
 A small piece of ginger
 2 small tomatoes
 1 sprig of thyme
 2 pinch of turmeric
 Salt, pepper
 Water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions

Add the garlic and mixed ginger

Add the sliced tomatoes

Add the thyme and turmeric

Add the salt and pepper

Cook tomatoes 5min

Break a little the shells of the lobster tail so that the sauce can enter

Put the tails in the instant pot, cover with water

Add a little salt

Cook under pressure mode 15min
