Here is another potful of cabbages and pork. Every region or even countries has its own types of potful. In the following recipe, it's a Lorraine style pot.

Ingredients

 1 white or green cabbage in slices
 8 potatoes cut into 4
 2 white leeks in slices
 1 long white turnip in pieces
 8 carrots in slices
 ¼ celery root
 2 Morteau sausages in pieces
 1 smoked pork roast to cook
 Smoked bacon
 2 cups of chicken broth
 1 cup of bouquet garnished
 1 cup vegetables bouillon
 2 onions, minced
 100 ml white wine
 600 ml water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions and smoked bacon

Add the cabbage and leeks

Add the white wine

Add the vegetable broth and the bouquet garnished

Brown for 15min

Add the pork roast, carrots, celery, sausages, turnips, and potatoes

Add the water and chicken cups

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30min
