Mashed vegetables can be made of all kind of ingredients. They are good and healthy for everybody. Here is a mash made of broccoli and spinach with cheese and cream to make it rich and delicious.

 1 kg of broccoli
 2 potatoes
 400 g of spinach in branches
 ½ onion
 500 ml of broth of your choice
 80 g of Roquefort cheese
 20 g of butter
 200 ml of fresh cream
 Salt, pepper
 Cumin
 Nutmeg

Prepare and coarsely chop all vegetables

Put them in the tank with the broth

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

At the end of cooking, drain and make the puree

Add the Roquefort, butter, spices and fresh cream
