Do you like tasty African spice food? Here is a recipe worth trying. It 's chickpeas mix up with tomatoes and a buch of spices. It will be very good and have a lot of flavor.

Ingredients

 400 g 400gr cooked chickpeas
 1 cup of water
 1 onion
 1 piece of ginger
 1 clove of garlic
 1 tbsp turmeric
 1 tbsp Massale spices
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tbsp coriander powder
 2 peeled and crushed fresh tomatoes
 Olive oil
 1 branch of fresh coriander

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Chop the onion, garlic, and ginger together and fry it in a little olive oil

Add the tomato

Let it brown 2 min

Add the chickpeas and coriander

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 3min

Add a glass of water, Massale spices, and lemon juice

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 2min

Add the fresh coriander before serving
