Ingredients

 6 merguez cut in 2
 1 zucchini in large pieces
 1 turnip in large pieces
 2 carrots in large pieces
 1 tsp raz el hanoud spices
 250 ml water
 Semolina

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the sausages 3min

Add the vegetables to the sausages

Add the spices

Leave it in mode browning 5 minutes

Add 250ml of water

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking 8min

Prepare the semolina separately
