If you are in a hurry, this is a simple and quick recipe to prepare. It would go well on a summer evening. You will take some small spicy sausages and serve them with roasted potatoes. A little salad would accompany well the dish.

 3 sausages cut into 2
 6 potatoes in thin slices
 4 large sliced button mushrooms
 2 tbsp parsley

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the potatoes 5min

Salt, pepper, and add parsley

Add the merguez, mushrooms, a cup of water

Stir

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 5min
