Take out the paper around the can
Fold some baking paper in 6 to get something thick enough
Place the can in the pan on the baking paper (the can must be closed)
Put water until the can is covered
Pass the instant pot under pressure 25min
At the end of the cooking, take out the can of milk and let it cool down 1h
Put the milk in pots and sterilize
