Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the bacon, with the carrots and, onion
Add the potatoes, peas and green beans
Pour in the broth
Add the bouquet garnished
Salt, pepper
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking for 10 minutes
Remove the bouquet garnished
