Mixed up of cabbage and sausages

To start that recipe, you cook cabbage in the steam basket. Then, it's mixed up with potatoes and sausages. There is also a bouillon to cover the dish to have it taste better.

Ingredients

 8 chipolatas sausages
 1 large cabbage
 6 potatoes
 400 g smoked bacon
 200 ml veal stock
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the cabbage in the steam basket with 200ml of water in the tank

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

During cooking, put the potatoes 5min in the deep fryer

Empty the tank

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the cabbage, add the chipolatas and bacon

Add the potatoes

Stir

Salt, pepper

Add the veal stock

Switch to pressure cooking 5min
