Ingredients

 2 eggs
 2 golden apples in small pieces
 75 g flour
 75 g melted butter
 75 g sugar
 1 package vanilla sugar
 1 package yeast
 Liquid caramel

Directions

In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, yeast, and eggs

Add the vanilla sugar, the melted butter and apples

Put 250ml of water in the bowl

Butter a mold and put the liquid caramel at the bottom

Pour the preparation into the mold

Film the mold

Put in the steam basket

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 40 min

At the end of cooking, wait 10 minutes before removing from the mold
