Cooking sausages with vegetables is usually pretty simple. Everything gets mixed up and cooked. In that recipe, the sausages will be served with potatoes, lentils, and other ingredients.
Ingredients
1 large Morteau sausage in slices
500 g potatoes in large pieces
250 g green lentils
Juice of a lemon + a few slices of zest
1 minced onion
1 bouquet garnished
1 clove of crushed garlic
Salt, pepper
1 drizzle of vinegar
1 drizzle of olive oil
Directions
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Brown the onion and garlic in a little oil
Add all the ingredients
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 25min
