Mushrooms are a good substitute for protein. In that recipe, you mix up some mushrooms simply with cream. It is quick and simple and you may be able to add some wild mushrooms in season.
Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
250 ml fresh cream
2 minced onions
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt, pepper
2 tbsp Butter
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the onions in butter 6min
Add the mushrooms, lemon juice, cream,
salt, and pepper
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 7 min
At the end of cooking add the parsley
