If you like to eat mussels, the following recipe is for you. You take some mussels, cut some ham to flavor your dish and make a good sauce with cream. The result is going to be very tasty and delicious

Put the instant pot in mode browning
Melt the solid cream with liquid cream
Add the saffron
Remove from the tank and set aside (minimum 15min)
Detail the ham into large pieces
In the clean tank brown the bacon and onions
Set aside
Deglaze the vat with the white wine
Let reduce by half
Add the cream with the saffron
Add the mussels and the mixture with the bacon
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min
Sprinkle with parsley just before serving
