The plus of the one-pot pasta is the fact you can add or reduce amount depending on the number of guests. You can also prepare one portion as you have in that recipe. You mix the pasta with a slice of turkey, some mushrooms and tomato sauce. A few spices and herbs will enhance the dish.
Ingredients
1 turkey fillet cut into cubes
60 g pasta
200 g mushrooms, minced
50 ml tomato sauce
1 onion, minced
160 ml water
1 tbsp special pasta spices
Grated gruyere or parmesan cheese
Olive oil or margarine
Directions
Add all ingredients except grated gruyere
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking for half the time indicated on the pasta package
Serve on the plate and sprinkle with grated gruyere or parmesan cheese
