Orange chicken

Here is a popular way to fix chicken. After being marinated in orange juice and spices, it will be cooked and then covered in the orange sauce.

Ingredients

 4 chicken legs (separate drumstick from upper thigh)
 8 thin slices of bacon
 1 shallot minced
 7 oranges
 1 carrot in thin slices
 1 lime
 Garlic
 Parsley
 Salt, pepper
 1 cup of dry white wine
  Mixture of butter and olive oil

Directions

Wrap a slice of bacon around each piece of chicken

Fix with a toothpick

Place in a box with the juice of 2 oranges and lemon, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, white wine shallots, and carrots

Close the box and shake to mix well

Leave in the fridge for 1 hour

Cut the remaining oranges into slices and set aside

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken in the butter and oil mixture

Brown

Add the marinade

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

At the end of the cooking put the orange slices

Close the instant pot for a few minutes
