Here, we have some duck thighs in an orange sauce with s few vegetables. It is a light version of the recipe and you can share it with your weight watchers friends.

Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the duck legs on the skin side first
Remove the legs and set aside
Remove a little fat if necessary
Add the onions in the remaining fat
Add the honey and veal stock
Mix
Add the orange juice and put the thighs
Put the carrots back on top
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 20min
At the end of cooking put back in brown mode 5min to thicken the sauce a little
