Usually, the recipe is for a whole duck with an orange sauce. In that case, you just use duck thighs and make a wonderful orange sauce. it is going to taste just perfect.
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the duck legs with a little butter
Salt, pepper
Squeeze the 5 oranges and slice the 6th
Add orange juice and orange slices
Add 1 c.a.c. of 4 spices and sugar
Mix well
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 12min
At the end of cooking add the cornstarch
