Ingredients

 800 kg pork shank
 1 minced onion
 1 can peeled and seeded tomatoes
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 250 ml white wine
 1 clove crushed garlic
 Thyme
 Bay leaf
 Flour
 400 ml broth
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Roll the hocks in the flour

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat

Add the onion

Add the canned tomatoes and concentrate, white wine, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, and broth

Season to taste

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 30min
