Oyster makes a pretty popular first course. Usually, everybody will enjoy them. In that recipe, you will use the shell to fill it up with a few leeks and an oyster on top before briefly browning them in the oven.

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Open the oysters by passing them through the microwave (3min for 7 oysters)
Keep and wash the shell
Reserve the béchamel and wash the bowl
Put the instant pot back in mode browning
In a little butter brown the chopped leeks
Add 50ml of water and switch the instant pot in quick cooking mode 5min
In the deepest shell put leeks, place the oyster on top and pour 1 tbsp of béchamel sauce
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
Brown the shells in the oven 5min
You may put some aluminum foil between the shell to keep them straight
