How about serving a vegetarian dish? It's healthy, tastes great and a different way to present food. In that recipe, you have pasta as a base ingredient and you add vegetables and bouillon. A few herbs will enhance the dish.

 250 g shells pasta
 2 diced tomatoes
 1 yellow pepper, sliced
 2 large button mushrooms, minced
 1 vegetable bouillon cube

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the pepper in a little oil

Add the mushrooms

Let it brown for 1min

Add the pasta and tomatoes

Crumble the cube

Cover with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 4min
