Why not try to present couscous in a different manner? The pasta is going to be mixed up with all kind of goodies. A lot of vegetables for the color and fiber, meat, and some nice spices for a delicious taste.

Pasta in a couscous fashion

Ingredients

 4 chicken thighs
 A dash of olive oil
 4 merguez (optional)
 3 medium carrots in slices
 ½ red pepper in slices
 1 large zucchini in half slices
 1 small box of celery heart
 2 cloves of chopped garlic
 1 minced onion
 1 tbsp Tajine spices
 200 g Panzani pearl pasta
 1 large turnip in cubes
 2 large tomatoes in cubes
 1 small box of chickpeas
 Salt
  Water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken on the skin side for 6min

Take them out and set them aside (do not take the juice out of the vat)

Fry the merguez and take them out (if you want merguez)

In the cooking juice put all the ingredients except the pasta

Cover with water

Salt

Put the chicken and merguez on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 15min

At the end of the cooking process, remove the chicken and sausages

Add the pasta and extend the pressure cooking 6min

At the end of cooking, open the instant pot and mix well; let the instant pot close until the pasta has absorbed the liquid

Serve in a dish with the chicken and merge them over.
