Here is a nice recipe to prepare for your weight watchers friends. Ham and asparagus on top of pasta. It's a really good combination and with a nice cheese sauce, it will be delicious.

Put the pasta, mushrooms, milk, broth, oil and salt and pepper in the bowl
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 4 min
At the end of cooking pour in the pan, the ham, fresh cheese, and paprika
Mix
Adjust the seasoning
Keep the instant pot warm until serving
Add the asparagus and chopped chives on the plate
