300 g Linguines
250 ml liquid cream
200 ml water
20 dry chorizo slices
400 g cooked and peeled shrimp
1 large handful frozen spinach top
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Directions
In the tank, put the pasta, cream, chorizo, and water
Salt, season with pepper
Put the instant pot under pressure for 8 minutes
At the end of cooking, add the shrimp and spinach
Keep the instant pot warm 2 minutes
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese on the plate
