Ingredients

 500 g frozen peas
 100 g fresh goat cheese
 5 mint leaves
 1 white onion, minced
 1 zucchini in pieces
 1 l vegetable broth
 Oil

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onion in a little oil

Add the zucchini, the peas, and the broth

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 10min

At the end of cooking, add the goat cheese, mint leaves

Mix

Serve hot or cold
