This is another version of layers of potatoes, onions, and cheese. It will make a good dish for your guest on a summer evening. Simple to prepare but still a meal plenty hardy.

Ingredients

 1.50 kg of potatoes in fairly thick rings
 180 g of smoked bacon pieces
 80 g of frozen onion
 495 g of soft cheese

Directions

Cook the potatoes according to the ingredient mode of the instant pot

Empty the instant pot and reserve

Put the instant pot in the browning mode

Brown the onions and bacon

Empty the instant pot

Put in the tank, a layer of potatoes, a layer of bacon/onions, a layer of cheese

Continue until the end of the ingredients

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 4min
