This is just plain rice cooked in bouillon with a little garlic. It will be good to accompany some kind of meat or maybe with a salad.

Pilaf rice

Ingredients

 220 g rice 1 kub or Maggi
 1 cube of bouillon
 3 tbsp olive oil
 2 cloves garlic in small pieces
 Water
 Salt pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the garlic in the oil

Add the rice

Fry until translucent

Add the cube crumbled

Add water up to the level of the rice and no more

Salt, pepper

Leave in browning mode until the water is completely absorbed
