Pilaf rice with spices and shrimps

This is going to be really spicy rice. A lot of different spices will be added to the preparation. At the end, shrimps will join the dish to enrich it. It should taste delicious.

 200 g rice
 210 ml water
 1 jar grilled peppers cut into strips
 350 g frozen peeled shrimp
 1 large onion chopped
 1 clove of crushed garlic
 1 tbsp turmeric
 ½ tbsp cumin
 ½ tbsp paprika
 ½ tbsp chili pimento
 Salt, pepper
 2 tbsp olive oil

Thaw the shrimps

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and garlic

Reserve

Fry the rice in a little oil

Put the onion and garlic back, put the spices (except the chili pimento)

Add the water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 9min

In a frying pan sauté the shrimp with the chili pimento

When the rice is cooked, add the pepper and shrimp

Keep warm for 3min
