Here is a really nice dessert with summer smell. In that recipe, you will poach some peaches with sweet wine and sugar. It will be a delicious dessert.

 4 peaches not too ripe
 300 ml of Riesling (or sweet white wine)
 100 g sugar powder

Notch the peaches 4 times on top

Place the wine, sugar, and peaches in the tank

Start cooking under pressure for 5 minutes

Remove the skin from the fruit

Set aside

Cook the wine until it has a texture of granita

Serve with cookies (Cat's tongue or other)
