Pork and Satay spices

This recipe will be based on special Asian spices. They always give a wonderful flavor to a dish. Here, the pork will be covered in a sauce made of coconut milk.

 600 g pork in large pieces
 Sunflower oil
 6 tbsp satay mix spices
 250 ml coconut milk
 2 tbsp nuoc-mâm
 1 lime in quarters

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the meat in a little oil for 3 minutes

Add all the other ingredients EXCEPT the lemon

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 7min

At the end of the cooking, serve on plates with a quarter of a lemon
