This is a recipe with an Asian touch. After browning the meat, you cook it a sweet sauce made of honey. The meat will take a definite taste after the cooking in done.
600 g pork tenderloin cut into large pieces
8 tbsp liquid honey
50 ml balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
100 g tomato pulp
150 ml vegetable broth
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, minced
Salt, pepper
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Pour the oil into the bowl and sauté the meat and onion
Add the honey, vinegar and soy sauce
Caramelize everything
Stop the mode browning
Add the tomato pulp and vegetable broth
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
