 1 pork tenderloin
 2 shallots
 2 peppers
 1 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 ground cumin
 1 tbsp 4 spices
 1 tbsp Salt, pepper
 200 ml white wine

Mix the shallot and peppers

Put it in the bottom of the bowl

Mix the honey, oil, and spices
