This is another version of pork roast with a sauce. in that recipe, you mix up some whine with mustard to cover your meat. A little bit of cream at the end will enrich and give an even better flavor to the dish.

Put the butter in the instant pot and let it turn lightly brown
Roast the filet mignon on all sides
Once the filet mignon is brown, add the water
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 20min
Mix the mustard with the white wine
Pour the mustard mixture into the instant pot
Mix
Let it simmer 15min
Add the fresh cream at the end of cooking
