Here, you have a complete meal to prepare. You fix the meat with vegetables and cream to make a nice tasty sauce. The curry will enhance the taste of the dish.

Pork fillet mignon, honey and curry

Ingredients

 800 g pork tenderloin cut in 25gr cubes
 1 large onion, minced
 1 tbsp curry
 2 tbsp honey
 8 large potatoes, cut into pieces 4
 4 small zucchini, cut into large pieces
 130 ml water
 1 cube bouillon
 2 tbsp fresh cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the floured pork and onions

Add the honey and curry

Let it brown for a few minutes

Add all the other ingredients

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 20min

Once the cooking is finished, add the cream

If the sauce is too liquid, add some cornstarch to thicken it
